Or at least make this pain stop. Is that too much to ask for? Because life has shown me a whole new side, now I understand so much more.

She would have been five years old today. Today it is also four months since we let her go. I still miss her every single day. I miss getting home and going out in the garden to find her before I did anything else, and I even miss chasing her with a torch when she was in a bad mood and wouldn’t come in. I miss wrapping her in a blanket and covering up her face and she’d just sit there. I miss when I wouldn’t get up early enough for her so she’d come charging into my room even though she hated that end of the house. I miss that stupid squeak she’d make when she was hungry, even though I swear rabbits aren’t supposed to make that noise. I miss naming all her different hiding spots in the garden and talking to her about her “real estate” that she had there. I miss having to leave things off the ground because otherwise she’d eat them, whatever they were made of. I miss taking the most unflattering photos I possible could. I just miss her.
